Return Policy

We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or items damaged in transit. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons on jewellery.

To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp or call +917003186956 within the 3-day window. Once approved, the item must be shipped back to our Kolkata address. Refunds or replacements are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Marketplace Listings

Ejewels products are also listed on leading Indian marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho. Prices, offers and availability on those platforms may differ from this website and are governed by the respective marketplace policies.

Shipping

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from Kolkata and typically reach metro cities in 3–5 business days. Cash on delivery is available on select orders.
